The complimentary boating services offered by Captain Ross are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Client Eligibility: Complimentary captain services are exclusively available to clients who have successfully purchased or sold a property through Captain Ross's real estate services.

• Service Availability & Scope: Complimentary services are provided at Captain Ross's discretion and are subject to his availability. While every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests, services are not guaranteed for last-minute bookings, urgent requests, or circumstances that conflict with Captain Ross’s prior commitments or personal schedule.

• Geographic Limitations: Complimentary services are limited to Southeast Florida waters, including but not limited to the Intracoastal Waterway, Biscayne Bay, the Florida Keys, and surrounding coastal areas. Services extending to international waters or areas requiring extensive travel outside this defined region shall be considered on a case by case basis.

• Term of Service: Complimentary captain services are intended to be available for a period of one year following the client's property transaction. This timeframe is not indefinite and may conclude at Captain Ross’s discretion after this period.

• Reasonable Expectations: While Captain Ross is committed to providing exceptional service, complimentary offerings are designed to enhance the client experience and are not intended to replace professional charter services or full-time boating support. Clients are encouraged to schedule services in advance to ensure availability.

By engaging Captain Ross’s services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms. Captain Ross reserves the right to modify, limit, or withdraw complimentary services at his sole discretion.
