About Tania Castellanos

Originally from Venezuela, Tania moved to the United States in the early 1990s to attend Drexel University to complete her graduate degree in Business Administration. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, she was a partner of a boutique advertising agency in Maracaibo, Venezuela In 2003, she obtained her real estate license in Florida, and entered into the real estate profession in Miami.

She has extensive experience and expertise in dealing with international clients, in particular clients from Latin America. Tania’s main focus is to bring all parties together to effect a smooth transaction while building a mutually beneficial and long-term relationship with her clients.
